Our team recently spoke with a couple of The FED members who signed up to Procuria after hearing about our direct to store, food to go and retail services through our ongoing partnership with The FED. Take a look at what they had to say below!

Main News stores in Bournemouth joined Procuria around 2 years ago after discovering us through The FED mail shots which showcased our services and what we could do for retailers. When asked how Procuria has benefited the business, the owner, Anna, was quick to praise saying we help a lot with increasing sales by helping her stock variety, and simplifying buying the key suppliers that she needs, whilst also getting good deals at the same time. She also mentioned how our Central Billing system was easy to understand and use, with all suppliers in one place condensing paperwork, and helping her cash flow. Since opening an account with us Anna hasn't looked back, further saying that our 'customer service has been amazing', with any issues swiftly resolved without hassle. Camerons Newsagent, Bedfordshire

The second person we spoke to was Mr Aghera, owner of Camerons Newsagents of Potton, in Bedfordshire who has been signed up with Procuria for a little over a year now. The store has a size of 800 square feet and a weekly turnover of near £7,000. They first heard about us when a FED representative visited their store and told them about how Procuria could help with direct to store solutions. Mr Aghera told us he was keen to use Procuria as unlike other buying groups, we do not charge to become a member. He praised us for helping him save money and wants to add more suppliers to his easy Procuria invoicing process. When asked if he would recommend other NFRN members to sign up, he also said yes.
